I joined the governing body in July 2023, and I am delighted to be part of this wonderful community. Professionally, I am a Senior Business Director at a leading global recruitment and professional services firm, where I specialise in providing HR services for schools and academies.

As a governor, I am dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I am particularly passionate about promoting Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) within our school community, creating a welcoming and respectful environment for all. I will use my expertise in HR and staffing to help St James provide a high-quality education for all its pupils, where excellence and continuous improvement is at the heart of everything we do. 

I look forward to contributing to the ongoing success of St James and to working with all members of our school community to achieve our vision.
